What's SmartSchools?

SmartSchools is a Web and WhatsApp based school management platform that allows educational institutions to manage and track their day-to-day activities.
The platform enables teachers to manage attendance, continuous assessments, examinations, and to also teach online.

It helps administration to manage admission processes, generate school reports, manage fees payment and billing information, and also allows administration to send out text message communications all stakeholders of the institution.

In short, its an all-in-one integrated system, With the following components:

Student Management

Helps schools to produce student progress reports, tracking students’ performance, and an automated system that recommends students for remedial classes based on continuous assessment data.

Accounting System

This component help schools to manage their accounts including preparation of financial statements. This is a fully fledged accounting system from original entry to report generation. Integrated with ePayments.

E-learning Portal

Classroom without walls. This component help students to access learning modules that can ease their learning without physical contact with teachers. Learning should continue amidst pandemics.

Communications

Lets administration easily communicate with all stakeholders via SMSes & emails. Whether its changes to school opening dates, fees reminders, PTA meetings and all information needed to communicate.
